We Offer Shipping Across the United States!
Please carefully read the shipping information provided by Kukiho to learn about the dispatch process, tracking procedures, as well as the ownership, terms, and associated risks of your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Kukiho offers free standard shipping on all orders over $39 shipped within the United States (valid on Kukiho.us only). For orders under $39, standard shipping rates apply. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

* Actual delivery times may vary depending on delivery location, carrier conditions, or peak season volume. Business days do not include weekends. No weekend delivery is available for any shipping method. Orders may arrive in multiple packages.

* Oversized items may be subject to additional shipping charges, even on qualifying free-shipping orders.

Order Processing

Normal order processing typically takes 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If you need to prioritize processing of your order or wish to change the shipping method, please contact us at support@kukiho.com as soon as possible.

Please note that we will make every effort to expedite the processing and dispatch of your order upon receiving your request. However, if the order has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify the shipping method. We appreciate your understanding.

Free Shipping Policy

Free shipping is available for orders shipped within the United States totaling $39 or more. This offer is valid on Kukiho.us only. To take advantage of free shipping, you must select ground shipping at checkout.

Products eligible for free shipping will be clearly designated on the product page and during the checkout process. Please note that oversized charges may still apply on qualifying orders.

Exclusions from Shipping Promotions

The following items are excluded from all shipping promotions:

  • Oversized Shipping Charges
  • Gift Cards
  • Custom Invitations
  • Custom Canvas
  • Photo Center purchases

Tracking Your Order

How to Track

You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Simply use the tracking number provided to check the status of your delivery via your carrier's website or at: https://www.17track.net/en

If you don't receive a tracking notification, or if the tracking number isn't updating, please contact us at support@kukiho.com and we'll look into it right away.

Handling Rules

All shipping issues must be reported via our customer service email: support@kukiho.com. Kukiho reserves the right to:

  • Request supplementary proof (e.g., unboxing videos).
  • Deny replacements or refunds based on individual case assessments.
  • Prohibit secondary returns for free replacement items.

Other Important Notes

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for any reshipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. Please double-check your shipping address — including apartment/unit numbers and zip codes — before completing your order.

Multiple Packages

Please be aware that orders may arrive in multiple packages. If part of your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will assist you.

Force Majeure Exemption

Kukiho shall not be held liable for logistics delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, typhoons), pandemic control measures, wars, strikes, or carrier disruptions.

Risk & Loss

All goods purchased from Kukiho are subject to a transportation contract. The risk of loss and ownership of such goods transfers to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier.

To safeguard your rights, we recommend:

  • Track Your Order: Regularly check your shipment status using the tracking number provided. If there are no updates for more than 7 days, contact us immediately.
  • Check for Multiple Packages: Your order may arrive in separate shipments. Please check your tracking information for each package.
  • Verify Your Address: Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order to avoid unnecessary delays or additional costs.
  • Review Oversized Item Charges: If your order contains oversized items, additional charges may apply even if your order qualifies for free shipping. These will be shown at checkout.
